The master plan for Rise by Athlon Azul Tower developed by Aldar Properties has been created to the tower as part of a bold idea that centres on active living. Based on the idea of living through play Building Block W is home to a sky forum and community facilities, which focus on health, leisure and social interchange. The 243 well-conceived residences allow for a sense of community within and outside their individual apartments.

Conceived as an integral part in a virtual network of neighbourhoods, the plan emphasizes compatibility, pedestrian-oriented streets, and access to recreational open space.
