Distrikt by Majid Al Futtaim, Community re-imagines community not as one offered and cape-stoned neatly into place. There are 4 separate districts in the master plan, each cantered around a central forest and bordered by shaded forested paths providing peaceful yet connected surroundings. within an integrated design where living, learning, healing and shopping are woven together and play out in a connected environment.

All amenities and facilities are located within easy reach on foot thanks to an extensive network of forest trails and links. Key outdoor aspects such as the Forest Experience Centre, Wellness Pavilions and dedicated MTB loop will complement the active lifestyle with mindfulness.
