Palace Residences, developed in a joint venture between Alef and Emaar Hospitality Group’s Palace brand, will be set within Al Mamsha community. A master plan that foregrounds openness, walkability and spatial diversity. The layout offering seamless flow of movement, natural light and visual continuity. Planted courtyards, side pedestals and open public spaces are thoughtfully arranged to provide a modern articulation of the traditional courtyard life.
