Al Wasl North by Dubai South Properties is a master planned community in that aims to set the standard for a safe, effective and workable business situation. It has a good urban form such as business sector zones, commercial avenues, and pedestrian-oriented streets. The design promotes social connectivity as well as walkability and environmental sustainability, aligned with Dubai’s aspirations for smart, people-centred city making.
Commercial spaces are arranged and organized so that they are as accessible and visible as possible office buildings are mostly composed of transparent glass on the façades, with open floor plates, and natural light. Shops are strategically structured on crossroads and highways, where there is target traffic flow and pedestrian traffic. Everything fits together easily too, with green spaces, tree-lined walkways and easy links around the development adding to its self-contained, community feel.
